The BBC has announced a new music-themed game show with a line-up full of recognizable faces.
Mo Gilligan hosts the UK adaptation of It’s My Jam (hosted by Jimmy Fallon in the US) with Britain’s Got Talent’s Alesha Dixon, RuPaul’s Drag Race UKMichelle Visage, and HappinessJenna Ushkowitz and Kevin McHale kick off the first episode.
There will be many challenges Mo will put the celebrities through, which will see them put their musical knowledge, dance moves and karaoke skills to the test.

As for guest stars, there will be musicians including Aloe Blacc, Becky Hill, Donny Osmond, Jason Derulo, NYSYC’s Joey Fatone, Pussycat Doll’s Kimberley Wyatt and Nicole Scherzinger, Salt N Pepa’s Sandra Denton and Cheryl James, Tom Grenna and Boyz II Wanya Morris’ men.
From the TV world we have: Happinessis Amber Riley, Lord of the Rings‘ Billy Boyd, Grey’s AnatomyCamilla Luddington and Chris Carmack, Selling SunsetChrishell Stause and Mary Fitzgerald, Acceleration competitionis The Vivienne and Courtney Act, The officeDavid Koechna and Lucy Davis, comedians Gina Yashere and Reggie Watts, EastEnders actress and DJ Patsy Palmer, talk show legend Ricki Lake, rugby player Thom Evans and Luciferis Tom Ellis.
The series was actually filmed in Los Angeles, so there are more American names than you might expect.

In a press release, Mo stated that his favorite game on the show might be Wheel of Impossible Karaoke, and that the funniest moment from the entire series would be Salt N Pepa playing Catch the Mic, so keep an eye out for that.
The eight-part series will be broadcast on BBC One from Saturday 17 December at 21.00, after that Strictly Come Dancing finally.
