“Thank you so much for the opportunity, thank you Mark for becoming my new best friend,” Charli said afterwards. “Thank you for helping me all the way, it was an honor to do this with you.”
She later added: “I’ve learned so much, whether it’s all these new dance styles or just myself as a person or learning how to perform anything. I’ve learned a lot about it all and it’s thanks to Mark. “

During the final, fans also got to witness Gleb in drag and he performed a routine with Shangela, the latter saying she wanted to prove that “drag belongs everywhere”.
“People who want to live their lives belong everywhere. And baby, we promised you a show, we gave you a show,” she added.
Gleb said, “I’m living my best life, and thank you for taking me into your world.”
The episode was also the finale for judge Len Goodman, who previously confirmed that he would be stepping down from the series as head judge.
