Unlike previous games i Pokémon main line series, Scarlett and Violet has made fan-favorite Eevee quite difficult to catch. Only appearing in a handful of tiny areas, and with very low spawn rates, trying to evolve your octet of Eeveelutions has never been harder. But this weekend is the games first Tera Raid Battle Event should make catching the stain much easier.
At any time, if you want an Eevee, go to Area 3 in the West Province, Area 2 in the South Province, or the path on the way to The Pokemon League. However, this weekend after Thanksgiving, it has been announced that the Tera Raid Battle Event will feature an Eevee Spotlight.
Running from today, Friday 25. from 11 until Monday 28 at 10.59, Eevee will be much more likely to appear in Tera Raid Battles – the ones triggered by approaching the large glowing crystals that shoot huge beams of light into the sky. Which means not only will it be easier to find Eevee, but you’ll have the ability to collect a bunch of them with different Tera types – meaning they’ll change from Normal type to any of 19 others .

It’s a small caveat, but not a major one. In order for the Raid Battle Event to trigger in your game, you must have your Switch connected to the internet long enough to download the latest “Poké Portal News”, which should download automatically if you’re already online. And no, it has nothing to do with the paid online Switch subscription, so don’t worry about it. All free.
With a clutch of Eevee under your belt, you’ll probably start thinking about evolving them into their eight different forms. (All my hopes for a ninth Paldean Eevee seem to have been dashed.) Here are some helpful tips for getting all eight eevee evolutions:
Flareon: Give your Eevee a Firestone.
Glaceon: Give your Eevee an ice cube.
Jolteon: Give your Eevee a Thunder Stone.
Leafeon: Give your Eevee a leaf stone.
Vaporeon: Give your Eevee a water stone.
Espeon: You need yours Eevee at a high friendship level, make sure it doesn’t know any Fairy moves, and have it evolve during the day.
Umbreon: High friendship again, don’t let it learn any Fairy moves, and make it evolve at night.
Sylveon: Once again a high level of friendship, but this time make sure of it do feel a fairy movement, then develop it day or night.
Combined with Tera Types from Tera Battles, this is going to be incredible complicated! Good luck!
