Balenciaga, a globally well -known Spanish fashion house that dresses like Kim Kardashian and Nicole Kidman, apologized for the children’s photography with adult theme. The company has also brought a lawsuit of $ 25 million against the producers who came up with the ad campaign.

“We apologize for showing disturbing documents in our campaign. We take this case very seriously and take legal steps towards the parties responsible for creating the set and include unapproved elements for our 23-campaign photography. We strongly condemn the child in every form. We stand for children’s safety and well-being.’

They later clarified in a statement to dailymail.com that neither photographers Gabriele Galimberti nor photographer Chris Maggio would be part of any legal action. A spokesperson said they would sue the creative who were hired for spring 23 collection pictures.

Balenciaga told dailymail.com: “Balenciaga takes no legal step towards Gabriele Galimberti, the photographer of the Holiday campaign, which includes a child holding a teddy bear.

“Gabriele Galimberti was in no way involved in the spring campaign 23 that involved disturbing documents in an office.”

Galimberti has since claimed that the images were part of a series called “Toy Stories,” he wrote on his Instagram page.

KUPP, 29, is a former third round that has evolved into one of the NFL’s premiere recipients. He was named MVP for February’s Super Bowl victory over Cincinnati Bengals, but was placed in the injured reserve on November 15 due to an ankle problem.
